The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by AMZ Publishing Support.
Copyright
You will retain full copyright ownership of all content developed and delivered to you according to the agreed terms. AMZ Publishing Support will hold no copyright interest in the content and you are free to publish, distribute, and use it as you wish.
Payment
We require 100% advance payment for all services listed on our website.
- All payments must be made before work begins.
- Any applicable transaction fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions on delivered work, subject to the following conditions:
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- In special cases, revision requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Revision turnaround times depend on the urgency of the original order.
Revision turnaround times are as follows:
- Orders with up to 24-hour urgency: 24-hour revision turnaround.
- Orders with 24–48-hour urgency: 48-hour revision turnaround.
- Orders with urgency greater than 48 hours: 72-hour revision turnaround.
Project Requirements
All project requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
- Service-level disputes will be evaluated based on the agreed project requirements.
- Disputes will also be governed by these Terms & Conditions and accepted business practices.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to the following guidelines:
- You may request a full refund before work on your project has started.
- If work has already commenced, refunds may be issued after deducting applicable transaction charges.
- Refund requests are not eligible for projects purchased under limited-time or discounted promotions.
- A refund request may be submitted within 5 days of order completion if you are dissatisfied with the delivered service.
- A partial refund may be granted if we are unable to fulfill the requested service through our revision process.
- If no refund request is received within 5 days of delivery, the order will be considered accepted and satisfactory.
